Position Summary The Sales Associate plays a key role in supporting sales growth through lead qualification, client onboarding, and sales operations.

This hybrid position works closely with sales and crossfunctional teams to ensure a smooth client journey from initial inquiry through engagement. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing outreach, administrative tasks, and relationshipbuilding. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and opportunities for development.

Essential Job Duties Qualify and interview inbound leads to assess fit and readiness Conduct outbound prospecting and research to identify new opportunities Guide prospective clients through the onboarding process with professionalism Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in a CRM system Manage contracts, documentation, and internal filing processes Support Sales Account Managers with assigned tasks and projects Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Experience teams to ensure seamless handoffs Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and client experience Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Comfort with outbound outreach and relationshipbuilding Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer tools Professional demeanor and customerfocused mindset CRM or database experience preferred but not required Previous sales experience helpful but not required Let us know you are interested!
