Sales Assistant

We’re currently hiring Sales Assistants to join a growing team within the energy sector, working across London in a face-to-face, customer-focused role. What You’ll Be Doing Engaging with customers face-to-face across different areas Introducing and explaining energy services in a clear, professional manner Supporting the sales process by understanding customer needs Assisting with lead generation and customer onboarding Recording customer interactions and daily activity Working towards individual and team performance targets What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and reliable Comfortable working in a field-based role Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial (but not essential) What’s On Offer Base Pay + performance-based commissions - (OTE) range from £35,000 to £55,000 per year Full training and ongoing development Clear progression into Sales Assistant and Sales Representative roles Supportive, team-driven environment All materials and resources provided Additional Info Full-time, permanent role Field-based across London Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK If you’re ready to build a career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a growing industry, apply now or message directly to find out more.
