This is not a back-office role; it requires strong listening, organization, and the ability to take ownership while multitasking seamlessly, ensuring every opportunity is handled with care, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

What you'll get: Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 Full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Havertown, PA, with remote flexibility Growth into owning estimates and the full sales process Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 DOE Responsibilities: Answer and follow up on calls and inquiries promptly Gather and document customer details for accurate estimates Coordinate next steps and handoffs across teams Maintain a pipeline of opportunities without letting anything slip Keep notes and records organized and up-to-date Support smooth operations across two service brands Qualifications: 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or administrative roles Excellent communication and listening skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and solution-focused Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks Able to multitask and prioritize effectively About Company Rooted in a practical, get-it-done mindset since its establishment in 2018 in Pennsylvania, the work focuses on making transitions lighter and spaces more manageable, carried forward by Main Line Junk Removal and Suburban Solutions Moving .
