Job Description Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Proposal Support (Entry-Level) 1. Sales Support Assist in updating and maintaining the sales progress tracking sheet/system with accurate and up-to-date information Support the sales team by organizing data, preparing basic reports, and tracking task progress Respond to basic sales-related inquiries and route more complex questions to the appropriate team members Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication related to sales activities 2. Proposal Support Assist in modifying and formatting proposal presentations (PPT) based on provided templates and guidelines Support the preparation of proposal documents by collecting required information from internal teams Request quotations from vendors under guidance and follow up on pending responses Organize and maintain records of received vendor quotations for easy reference 3.
Administrative & Coordination Support Maintain organized files and documentation for sales and proposal activities Support communication between internal teams (sales, procurement, engineering, etc.) Perform general administrative tasks related to sales and proposal processes as needed Minimum Qualifications Eligible to work in the U.S Must be able to pass a criminal background check Excellent command of English and Korean Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community. Possess excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Responsible, dependable, and takes ownership Well-organized, a planner and self-starter Attention to detail Team player with strong interpersonal skills Proficient with technology High school diploma or GED equivalent Great communication skills to work with customers Modern office procedures, methods and computer equipment good logical and critical thinking, a sharp and analytical mind Minimum 1 year of practical experience (Construction, Business, or related field preferred) Fluent in English and Korean (verbal & written) โ not required but preferred Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and general document control Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced project environment Prior experience in construction administration, insurance, or subcontract management is a plus
