Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Sales Engineer to support offline customer visits, quotation handling, reporting, coordination, and sales activities by strictly following company SOP, management instructions, and transparent reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly for meetings, follow-up, and relationship management
• Handle customer communication and ensure timely follow-up activities
• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records
• Support reporting, planning, and office coordination activities
• Follow the customer handling process and reporting SOP strictly
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
• Maintain proper documentation, visit reports, and communication records
• Ensure transparent and timely reporting to management
• Support problem-solving and coordination during project execution
• Follow strict discipline, communication process, and task management system

Requirements & Skills

• Basic technical understanding preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Good presentation and email writing skills
• Accurate communication and coordination skills
• Strong planning and follow-up capability
• Strict discipline and transparent reporting mindset
• Problem-solving attitude and responsible work behavior
• Ability to follow company instructions and SOP strictly
