Im currently recruiting for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager on behalf of a well-established hospitality group in Limerick. This is a particularly exciting time to join the business, with the business undergoing a significant rebrand.

Reporting to the General Manager and Group Commercial Manager, youll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the property - retaining valuable existing business while identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.

The role:

Youll take a hands-on approach across both sales and marketing, working closely with the General Manager to develop and implement the hotels commercial strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales activity and supporting the achievement of budgeted revenue targets
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing existing client relationships
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Using business statistics, booking engine data and market research to make commercially focused recommendations
• Managing and developing the company's online presence, including its website, third-party platforms, PPC and Google Analytics
• Developing social media, e-zine and direct marketing activity
• Overseeing marketing collateral, photography and promotional materials
• Representing the business at trade shows, consumer events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
• Maintaining accurate client databases and producing weekly sales and marketing reports

What are we looking for?

• Youll ideally have 3 years experience in a Sales & Marketing Management position, together with relevant qualifications and a strong track record of achieving targets and deadlines.
• Youll be a confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, a strong commercial mindset and the ability to build relationships across a diverse client base.
• This is a role for someone who is outgoing, proactive and commercially driven - someone who enjoys being out in the market, spotting opportunities and turning relationships into revenue.
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport are also required.
