We help operations teams track every item in real time, eliminate yield loss, trace any product batch to its source in under two minutes, and route every operational problem to the right person instantly. We are live, deployed, and actively onboarding pilot clients.

Now we are looking for someone who can put us in the room with the right people. The Role This is a commission-only sales and business development position. There is no salary, no fixed component, and no ceiling.

You find the prospect. You open the door. We handle the demo, onboarding, and everything technical.

When a client signs, you get paid. Your commission is 15 to 20 percent of every deal you close. A single mid-sized manufacturing client generates between Rs 1.9 lakh and Rs 3.4 lakh in year-one revenue.

Your commission on that one deal is between Rs 28,000 and Rs 68,000. With five clients in a month, you are earning more than most salaried roles in the industry. There is no cap.

There is no territory restriction. There is no time limit on commission, you earn as long as the client pays. What You Will Be Doing Identifying manufacturing companies, warehouse operators, and industrial businesses who are running operations on Excel or outdated systems and are ready for something better.

The sell is the conversation. We close from the demo. Who We Are Looking For Someone who already has a network in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, pharma, automotive, textiles, or any industrial sector.

Someone who is genuinely excited about technology that solves real problems, not just someone looking for a side hustle. Someone who can hold a confident conversation with a factory owner or operations director without needing a script for every sentence. Someone self-driven.
