Job Description Job Description Description: At Signature Management, the Sales Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers that results in a high level of customer satisfaction while demonstrating respect and professionalism. This role will sell new property for Signature Homes on a salary plus commission basis by effectively performing the following essential job functions: Essential Job Functions: Achieve the community sales goals as established as per company policy Tour customers through model homes and demonstrate key features throughout. Tour customers through production homes on site.
Prepare and thoroughly present real estate contracts to customers purchasing homes. Assist customers to obtain financing by referring to our preferred lender. Obtains pictures and measurements of rooms, doors, windows, or any other specified areas for prospective buyers.
Properly manage the escrows of all buyers in backlog. Provide weekly constructions updates to all buyers in backlog. Shop competition and provide weekly reports to management.
Upload and track all leads within the companies CRM software (for assigned communities) and log all communication with leads. Manage priority list of potential buyers for future releases. Send out marketing materials to realtors.
Facilitate and lead broker presentations to Brokerage offices. Prepare and list production homes on the Multiple Listing Service. Provide the best possible customer experience by delivering top notch service to our buyers throughout the entire purchase, construction, and closing process.
Hold Signature homes reputation in high regard and above all else. Maintain a positive attitude to both internal and external customers. Manages confidential Information Regular and consistent attendance Other duties as assigned Requirements: Experience/Education/Certificates: Experience in a sales role; preferably in new home builds; ability to sell products and services Must be knowledgeable on financing programs, products, real estate regulations, competition, and company policies and procedures High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree Active Nevada Real Estate License to be maintained throughout employment Active Nevada Driver’s License to be maintained throughout employment · Abilities and skills: Excellent customer service skills.
Must always maintain professionalism; convey and promote a positive attitude when representing the builder, product, and neighborhood. Ability to work well with others and use initiative. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to solve practical problems and follow written, verbal, or other instructions with several concrete variables. Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize complex information neatly and accurately. Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
Ability to operate computer equipment, business equipment, and other general office equipment, including telephones and fax machines. Ability to ensure safety and quality control protocols are met. Maintain confidentiality.
Physical & Work Requirements: Frequent sitting, writing, emailing, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions with individuals, teams and the public. Repetitive physical or mental tasks require accuracy and attention to detail Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs as needed Work primarily at the sales office or on-site during business hours, with occasional evenings or weekend for special events.
