Job Title : Sales Advisor / Sales Executive / Manager – Real Estate Company : RBD Ventures Pvt Ltd Location : Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru Openings : 5 Positions Experience : 1-2 years Employment Type : Full-time Salary : ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA (Total CTC Excluding Performance Incentives) Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join RBD Ventures Pvt Ltd, one of the real estate channel partners in Bangalore. With 1-2 years of experience in the industry, the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into closures, and closing sales deals for premium residential properties. This role requires an individual who lives in Bangalore, understands the local geography deeply, and possesses strong negotiation skills to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities : Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner. Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers/investors across Bangalore.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property listings, and pricing trends. Assist clients throughout the buying/selling process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction. Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive property visibility. Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Requirements : Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience specifically in the Real Estate industry/ Channel Partner Firm. Deep local knowledge: Must reside in Bangalore and be well-versed with the city's regional areas and layouts.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for high-growth sales.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driving license and own vehicle for local travel.
