Do you have a knack for sales and a drive to achieve targets? The Direct Team is looking for motivated individuals to join them in providing specialist insurance solutions to contractors, consultants, freelancers, and professionals across the oil & rail sectors.
About the Role: Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers. Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring policies are renewed and service levels are maintained. Communicate with customers via email and telephone, delivering exceptional service.
Work closely with underwriters to agree policy restrictions and conditions. Contribute to both new business growth and renewal performance, with a structured incentive plan. What You’ll Bring: Experience in insurance or financial services.
Proven track record in sales or retention. Strong sales skills and ability to identify cross-sell opportunities. Customer-focused, confident, and detail-oriented.
Excellent numeracy, literacy, listening, and objection-handling skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively, and take ownership of results. Understanding of conduct risk and non-advised status.
