Sales Advisor

Your role & impact We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to join our team in our first London boutique in Westfield White City, for 2 days a week. You will be a true brand ambassador. You'll inspire and empower every customer, creating unforgettable experiences, whilst contributing to the store's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities will include: Deliver exceptional services and drive sales Greet every customer warmly and offer tailored product advice share expert knowledge of our natural products and introduce new products Build strong customer relationships and promote our loyalty programme Contribute to store performance by achieving KPIs through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and active selling. Support store excellence Host engaging demos and maintain high standards in presentation and cleanliness Ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and visually aligned with our brand Be a team player Collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and contribute to team success Take part in training and support stock management and loss prevention Ensure the stores general cleanliness is always upheld What we're looking for A passion for natural beauty, wellness, and helping people feel their best Previous experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with a track record of meeting sales targets experience in beauty or skincare excellent communication skills and confidence in making product recommendations A results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive attitude Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and peak periods Benefits Discounts on Aroma-Zone products Discretionary bonus & commission schemes Company Pension scheme ✨ Why join Aroma-Zone?
