Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction · Act as the key contact person for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service · Experience in sale, or customer service, ideally in the consumer goods sector · Very good knowledge of Spanish and English, both spoken and written (minimum C2) · Knowledge of ERP systems and ticketing xkdbapo systems is desirable. · Very good MS Office skills and experience with Hubspot application are desirable
