Sales Administration Sales Administrator – Manufacturing (Temporary) Location: KnowsleyHourly Rate: £13 – £16Contract Type: Temporary About the Role We are seeking a Sales Administrator to provide short-term support to a leading manufacturing company. This temporary position is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt, hit the ground running, and ensure smooth order processing during a busy period. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer orders using ERP/CRM systems.Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet dispatch deadlines.Respond to customer queries via phone and email, providing timely updates.Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reporting for the sales team.

Requirements Previous experience in sales administration or order processing (manufacturing background desirable).Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
