Job Description We are specifically looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Account Management , and it is essential that the candidate is from Hosur , as the role requires strong local market knowledge and regular field interaction within the region. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow sales within the assigned Hosur territory Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in territorial sales management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good understanding of the local market and customer base Ability to work independently and achieve targets Graduate degree preferred Requirements โข Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field โข 3+ years of experience in sales or account management โข Effective communication and negotiation skills โข Analytical skills to identify customer needs and develop solutions โข Strategic account planning experience โข Sales skills to close deals and meet targets โข Proficiency in CRM software Territory Handling: Hosur and surrounding areas Preferred Candidate: Must be from Hosur or currently residing in Hosur Benefits โข Health insurance coverage for employee, Spouse, and kids. โข Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions โข Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
