Safety Engineer

Safety Case Engineer Location – Hybrid/Remote, with travel once a month to site. Salary – DoE. Due to the nature of the programmes, you must be a sole British Citizen to be eligible for the position.

Copello is working with a rapidly growing business, who have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Case Engineer to join a team delivering complex projects within a highly regulated, safety-critical environment. Key Responsibilities Produce safety-related engineering documentation and technical reports. Support the development of safety cases and safety assessments.

Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety analyses. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and industry best practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective engineering solutions.

Skills & Experience Experience within a safety-critical or regulated industry. Understanding of safety engineering principles and risk management techniques. Experience producing technical documentation and safety reports.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Desirable Safety case development.

Hazard analysis, FMEA, and risk assessment experience. Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
