Job Description Job Description Job Title: Safety Coordinator III Duration: 12+ Month (Possible to hire) Location: Aurora, CO 80011 Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Descriptions: We are seeking a Safety Coordinator III to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health, safety, environmental, and security programs. This role helps drive compliance, reduce incidents, and strengthen a proactive safety culture across the operation. Responsibilities • Support development and execution of HSE strategies aligned with company goals • Assist in creating plans to reduce injuries, accidents, and operational risks • Deliver and support training programs for managers and associates • Conduct audits, identify gaps, and track corrective actions • Participate in incident investigations and root‐cause analysis • Maintain communication with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and local regulators • Assist with permits, reporting, and compliance documentation • Track performance metrics and support continuous improvement • Promote employee engagement in safety initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5–7 years of safety and environmental experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation • Knowledge of occupational safety, transportation safety, and environmental compliance • Safety certifications such as CSP or related credentials preferred • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to influence teams and support cultural change • Proficiency with standard software tools • Valid driver’s license
