RV Sales Consultant

We are seeking a high-performing RV Sales Consultant to join our Bedford team. This is not a 9–5 retail position; it is a six-figure income opportunity for driven, competitive individuals who know how to build relationships, follow up relentlessly, and close high-ticket deals. What Success Looks Like In This Role Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets Managing and converting inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and repeat customers Building long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Presenting and selling high-ticket RVs with confidence and professionalism Maintaining disciplined follow-up using CRM systems Required What We’re Looking For Proven track record in commission-based sales Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable working evenings and weekends Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-up Preferred (but Not Required) Automotive, RV, powersports, or other high-ticket sales experience CRM experience Compensation & Opportunity RV experience is not required, sales performance is.
