Responsibilities Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications. Develop detailed programming specifications. Write and/or generate code, compile data‑driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.

Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software use and operation, including assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations. General Skills Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level. Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications. Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications. Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools.

Experience in one or more programming languages. Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting. Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies.

Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages. Experience with one or more communications protocols. Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications.

Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge and experience with programming Internet‑ready applications. Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies. Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.

Experience with middleware and gateways. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging. Ability to provide post‑implementation support and resolve any post‑implementation technical issues.

Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards. Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.

Additional Skills for Oracle Software Developer Experience conducting impact assessments on Oracle E‑Business application customizations and extensions. Strong conversion experience in Accounts Receivable Collection modules. Strong programming skills in Oracle database, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, Unix shell scripts and Oracle Data Integrator.

Proved business knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable and Inventory Modules of Oracle E‑Business. Great knowledge of Oracle E‑Business table structure related to GL, AR, Collections, AP, INV and FND. Strong knowledge of SQL tuning and using partition tables.

Demonstrated experience and understanding of data warehouse, ETL methodologies and OBIEE. Demonstrated work experience on Java and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) will be a great asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership abilities to oversee quality assurance of the project from a technical perspective. 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development and integration. 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc. 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI. 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring and developing.
