RPA Developer

We Are Hiring: RPA Developer (5–7 Years Experience) Location: Work Mode (Hybrid) Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Trivandrum, Kochi, Noida. Experience: 5 –10 Years Joining: who are serving notice period and can join 30 days to 45 days Role Overview We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath and automation technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building intelligent automation workflows and working with enterprise-level RPA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Work extensively with RE Framework for scalable automation development Implement end-to-end automation solutions including attended and unattended bots. Develop and maintain automations using VBA and SAP Scripting Build intelligent automation solutions using Document Understanding and IDP. Utilize UiPath Action Center for human-in-the-loop workflows Work on Agentic Automation concepts using UiPath (AI-driven workflows) Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation processes Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and governance Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots) Experience with RE Framework Proficiency in VBA and SAP Scripting Expertise in Document Understanding & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Experience with UiPath Action Center Exposure to Agentic Automation / AI-integrated automation workflows Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI/ML integration in RPA workflows Knowledge of API integrations and OCR technologies UiPath certifications (preferred but not mandatory) Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment
