We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised Roster and Administration Coordinator to support the establishment and ongoing operations of our brand-new, purpose-built 180-bed aged care home.

About the Role

Commencing September 2026, you will play a key role in setting up our new aged care residence in South Bunbury, WA, ahead of its grand opening in November 2026. You will be supported by experienced managers, state-of-the-art technology, and strong head office resources to ensure the home operates smoothly from day one.

Earn from $37 to $40 per hour + superannuation, plus salary packaging and not-for-profit benefits. Remuneration will reflect your skills and experience.

Working closely with the commissioning and recruitment teams, you will coordinate staffing requirements, support onboarding processes, and establish efficient administrative systems. Once the home opens, you will continue to provide ongoing administration and staff rostering support to the Residential Manager and broader team.

About You

You are an organised, proactive professional with strong administration and rostering experience - ideally within the aged care or healthcare sector. Your ability to problem-solve, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively will ensure exceptional service to staff, residents, and families.

Key Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in administration and staff rostering (aged care preferred), including payroll validations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Ability to coordinate, track and manage staff training
  • High level of organisation and time-management capability
  • Confidence using new technology and systems
  • Discretion and professionalism when interacting with staff, residents and families
  • Ability to supervise and support reception employees
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
