Roofing experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training. We value candidates new to the industry and with prior sales experience in other fields.

Responsibilities include on-site roof measuring, quoting jobs, and customer presentations. We seek determined team players for this commission-based role. General Accountabilities Generate leads by directly engaging homeowners Attend ongoing training for industry knowledge and sales strategies Utilize our sales system for effective proposal presentations Resolve post-sales issues and provide ongoing client support Exemplifying Company Culture Reliability: Place trust in Hargrove Roofing and Construction / Cultivate self-trust Authenticity: Practice honesty and maintain accountability Dedication: Devote yourself to the company, community, and personal advancement Communication: Exemplify strong communication with your customers and your team Job Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Recommended: Own a vehicle capable of carrying a ladder Comfortable with heights and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
