Roadway Engineer

Job Description Job Description A growing local Chicago firm is looking to add a Roadway Engineer to their team! Requirements: Prepare plans, specification and cost estimates for roadway improvement projects Review and check engineering work completed by others Coordinate projects with other disciplines Build/maintain client relationships Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: B.S. degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of roadway design experience PE License for Illinois PE License for Indiana preferred Strong technical skills Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and GEOPAK Experience on IDOT/Illinois Tollway projects and CDOT projects Experience with Indiana/Michigan DOT projects preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
