Road Safety & Transport Engineer

The role provides traffic and transport engineering expertise to assess and respond to externally funded project applications across Metro Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• The role also supports government traffic and transport objectives, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures project reviews are completed efficiently while maintaining a safe and functional arterial road network.
• Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.

What you need

• Qualifications and experience.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant or civil/traffic engineering discipline (mandatory), with knowledge of traffic modelling and planning functions and processes.
