RFP Coordinator/Infrastructure Project Scheduler - RFP, Scheduling, Cisco ISE, Networks - 100% Remote, UK

A global organisation are seeking an experienced RFP Coordinator/Infrastructure Project Scheduler to support complex infrastructure and network programmes, with specific experience or working knowledge of Cisco ISE.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project scheduling, infrastructure environments, and coordinating RFP responses, with a solid understanding of networking technologies, stakeholder management, and project delivery.

This will be a 6-12 months+ contract with the opportunity for further extensions available.

This position will be worked 100% remotely from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end RFP and BAFO responses, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, operational and leadership stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, actions, dependencies and key decisions.
• Support infrastructure delivery activities, including planning, testing, implementation and transition.
• Coordinate Cisco ISE-related activities, including deployments, upgrades, migrations and integration with wider network infrastructure.
• Prepare project status reports, executive briefings and governance materials.
• Manage stakeholder reviews, approvals and final sign-off.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and delivery against plan.

Experience/Key Skills Required:

• RFP/BAFO coordination, infrastructure scheduling, Cisco ISE, network security, project governance, stakeholder management, RAID management and executive reporting.
• Proven experience in RFP coordination, PMO, project scheduling or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience working across complex network, infrastructure or security programmes.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience or strong working knowledge of Cisco ISE, including authentication, authorisation and network access control.
• Excellent organisational, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience working with enterprise technology teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
