Reward Partner/Analyst What does the role involve Covering the maternity leave for the Reward Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of Reward to deliver the UK Reward strategy. You will manage the job evaluation process to ensure roles are evaluated appropriately within our grading structure.
You will work closely with the flexible benefits platform provider and support the HR & Payroll teams to manage the day to day running and communication of our employee benefits offering. You will also be working with large datasets to support annual and ad-hoc processes like our annual salary and incentive reviews and equal pay analysis. This is a key role in ensuring our reward offering is competitive, well-communicated, and effectively managed.
What you will be doing Continue the development, implementation and maintenance of the pay frameworks and job evaluation processes. Partner with HRD’s/HRBP’s and hiring managers to provide guidance on pay decisions, recruitment and promotions/internal moves. Managing key Benifex projects (Holiday window, Annual enrolment) and resolving ad-hoc issues.
Triage Share Incentive Plan queries between Payroll and JP Morgan. Query resolution with third party providers where appropriate. Delivering the monthly reward comms campaigns to ensure awareness and improve engagement and benefits utilisation.
Supporting market benchmarking activities including WTW and other external salary survey providers. Provide analytical support for annual processes (pay review and incentive processes). Drive data reporting improvements through HR Systems to increase reporting capability.
Act as the first port of call for Payroll and HR Shared Services escalated queries providing guidance and ensuring they are upskilled to self manage future queries. Assist in the development of HR/payroll-related policies, processes, and documentation. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Reward data across HR and payroll systems.
Support reward-related projects, including benefit redesigns OpCo preferences. Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency. What you'll bring Experience in a Reward / Compensation & Benefits role Experience with job evaluation methodologies (ideally WTW) Good understanding of employee benefits and payroll processes Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proactive, solutions-focused mindset What we offer 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
