Your Role As an Revenue Specialist at StayVista , you will be a user-centric leader focused on driving higher satisfaction among guests, owners, and employees through a strong understanding of operational needs and service excellence. You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in hotel technologies such as OTAs, PMS, Channel Managers, GDS, CRS, and Extranets, you will ensure seamless integration and operational flow. Your expertise in advanced Excel and Google Sheets will support data management and performance tracking, enabling informed business insights. Highly motivated, determined, and committed, you will thrive under pressure, delivering results within deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About You Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels in the area and manage day to day yield operations. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
Create and maintain a 13 month rolling demand calendar. Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel. Provide weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long term strategies. Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies. Minimum of 4 years of work experience in sales is required Bachelor/ Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs Bonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!
Prior experience in hospitality revenue management or vacation rentals, with proven success in driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy growth through data-driven pricing, forecasting, and use of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
