Revenue Manager

We're on the lookout for a commercially sharp, innovative, and inspiring Revenue Manager to join the Morgan Hotel Dublin, part of the MHL Hotel Collection, - Ireland's most dynamic hospitality groups.

As Revenue Manager, your mission will be to drive revenue performance, create winning pricing strategies, and identify new commercial opportunities that put our hotels ahead of the market.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver revenue strategies that hit and exceed budgets for your hotel.
• Analyse booking pace, competitor activity, and market trends - then act fast to optimise performance.
• Shape pricing, distribution, and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
• Partner with GM, DOSM, and Reservations Manager to embed a strong revenue culture in every property.
• Oversee group displacement analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy and impact.
• Lead and inspire the cluster reservations team, ensuring systems, processes, and standards are best-in-class.
