Job Description Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer Platforms & Business Operations at GolfNow’s International HQ in Belfast, the role will play a key part in optimizing and maximizing the core revenue streams across international territories to meet and exceed budgeted goals. The Revenue Analyst assists in maximizing tee‑time revenue across the international business through the implementation of processes relating to inventory control and exceeding corporate revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities Control tee‑time inventory accurately by utilizing Salesforce processes and workflows, and GolfNow Central inventory management system. Implementation, input and optimization of revenue management items per Salesforce to ensure optimal setup and configuration. Manage and resolve payment disputes through Stripe in a timely and accurate manner.
Optimal setup & configuration of those items which drive golfers to the ecosystem. Optimally price the tee‑time inventory by constantly balancing between demand pace and inventory supply across the region using data and analytics, weather information, watching inventory levels, competition, seasonality, etc. Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to bring insights into the drivers of revenue and inventory performance in the assigned markets.
Prepare and deliver regular reporting on key performance metrics, trends, and insights to management. Maintain high standards of data integrity by ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded within the CRM. Collaborate and communicate effectively with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and other teams to support shared revenue goals.
Execute and continuously refine revenue management processes and strategies in line with business objectives. Qualifications A degree in IT, Business or relevant discipline. Skill in main applications of the Microsoft Office product suite with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams. An analytical approach and be a solution‑oriented problem solver.
Skilled trouble‑sher. Ability to self‑motivate toward delivering own objectives. Additional Skills And Experience That Would Be Desirable An understanding of or experience in the specific market of Golf related products/ IT solutions.
Ability to write & run SQL queries.
