Retail Shop Manager (Hamilton)

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in the store.

Accountable for loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations. Set strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store. Create a communication plan to present to teams at GSM’s.

Requirements ~2 years experience in retail management and customer service. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Base pay will be based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
