Follow and consistently demonstrate Burnley Enterprises’ How to B.E. while building meaningful connections with guests. Actively sell products, suggest complementary items, and use strong product knowledge to enhance the guest experience. Support daily opening and closing procedures, including accurate cash handling and point-of-sale transactions. Stock, merchandise, price, and display products according to store standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and merchandise organization, reporting damaged or defective items promptly. Attend staff meetings and trainings, staying open to coaching and feedback to support your growth. Follow written and verbal direction from leadership accurately and efficiently.
