We are expanding our network of high-performing second-hand retail and financial services stores and are seeking an experienced, strictly full-time Sales and Lending Specialist.

• This is not an entry-level retail position.

• We operate a high-volume, structured environment where managing daily sales targets and KPIs is the core focus of the role.

What you will do

• Drive daily retail sales to meet and exceed individual and store-wide revenue KPIs.  
\n
• Negotiate purchasing and lending contracts with customers, requiring high emotional intelligence and commercial awareness.  
\n
• Assess second-hand goods for quality, authenticity, and market value.  
\n
• Maintain a 100% commitment to a positive team culture, actively contributing to an environment free of negativity and focused on outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a structured, KPI-driven sales or financial services environment (Please note: general transactional retail or fast-food service experience will not meet the requirements for this specific role).  
\n
• Mandatory: Availability for 100% full-time hours. We are not currently accepting applications for casual or part-time schedules.  
\n
• A demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations, overcome objections, and remain composed during complex customer negotiations.  
\n
• A resilient, target-oriented mindset that thrives on hitting metrics rather than finding them stressful.
