Job Description Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated region. This role involves ensuring that all branches meet operational standards, achieve financial targets, and deliver exceptional customer service, while leading and supporting Branch Managers, driving operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth. Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of multiple Kenny U‑Pull locations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures and standards; monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets; conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams; build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and operational partners; foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement; conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for each location; analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs; ensure accurate inventory management and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand. Customer Service: Ensure all locations deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels; address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner; implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute district business plans and strategies; identify market opportunities and implement initiatives to drive growth and expand market share; monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all locations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations; promote a culture of safety and implement programs to minimize workplace hazards; conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and address non‑compliance issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role, preferably in retail or automotive industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel within the district as required (70% of time on the road). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
