Your responsibilities will include training staff on logistics, receiving, and eCommerce processes while supporting dealers in achieving their operational goals. You will work in partnership with District Sales Managers to implement best practices and ensure the effective execution of strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Teach and empower staff on operational logistics • Foster strong working relationships with Dealers • Manage stores to maintain communication and meet targets • Provide essential tools for operational improvements • Assist in logistics and eCommerce project execution Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience in Canadian Tire retail • Strong knowledge in logistics and receiving processes • Ability to motivate and influence team members • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in MS Office and AS400 reporting Drive retail efficiency and customer satisfaction as a key contributor to our operational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
