This is a leadership-and-systems role responsible for raising standards, increasing accountability, and building a scalable operating rhythm. If you are wired for ownership, disciplined execution, and developing people - you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and develop Restoration Managers across the mitigation division.
Set the standard for Proper Priority Response (90%+) and disciplined Day 1 execution. Drive estimate accuracy, gross profit, and conversion performance. Build predictable after-hours systems - no heroics, just readiness.
Run EOS leadership cadence (Level 10s, scorecards, accountability). Champion technology adoption (DASH, DryBook, Dialpad AI). Unlock operational capacity and free up the GM for strategic growth.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have 5+ years of restoration experience (water mitigation required). Proven leadership of mitigation or field teams. Strong IICRC knowledge (WRT required; additional certs a plus).
Experience improving margin, accountability, and team performance. Comfort in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment. An ownership mindset - you own outcomes, not hours.

Schedule Full-time | Leadership role (typically 50+ hours/week) This is an ownership seat. We value results over clock-punching. Some evenings/weekends are part of the responsibility in an emergency services business.
