Restaurant Manager Accredited Chef Laurent Tourondel is bringing his culinary expertise to Philadelphia with his new restaurant concepts Terra Grill and Scusi Pizza. We are a group of passionate hospitality professionals with a profound sense of ownership and pride in all aspects of restaurant service. We are looking for talented and professional restaurant operations managers to join our opening team.
We require honest, hardworking individuals that manage and mentor others with respect, empathy, and dignity. Skills/Requirements 2+ years of restaurant management experience Must love interacting with guests and building relationships Must have an understanding of elevated service expectations Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality and service industry Must be proactive in problem solving and leadership Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Restaurant scheduling, inventory and purchasing Ability to work full-time Conflict resolution Special event execution Wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred Food Safety Knowledge Must have ServSafe Food Handlers license and must be RAMP certified Experience working with POS Systems (Toast) Recruiting, staff education, and motivation Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
