Arcano is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and elevate the guest experience at one of Coral Gables’ most dynamic dining destinations. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator and team leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong teams, and ensures every service runs smoothly and consistently. You will play a key role in executing Arcano’s vision while maintaining high standards in service, culture, and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do Operations & Service Leadership Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Oversee both Front of House and Back of House coordination during service Manage opening and closing procedures Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service execution Act as the leader on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality and professionalism Team Leadership & Culture Hire, train, and develop FOH team members Create staff schedules and manage labor efficiently Foster a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Ensure clear communication between FOH and BOH teams Guest Experience Lead by example to deliver exceptional hospitality Monitor guest feedback across platforms (Google, OpenTable, etc.) Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner Continuously look for ways to enhance the overall dining experience Inventory & Operational Support Oversee inventory counts and maintain organization of stock Support ordering processes and ensure proper product handling Work closely with ownership on cost control initiatives and operational improvements What You’re Not Responsible For (But Will Support) Budget creation and financial reporting Vendor negotiations and pricing strategy High-level cost analysis and profitability planning These functions are handled at the ownership level, with your support in execution and accountability. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service flow Experience with staff scheduling and labor management Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience Compensation & Growth Base Salary: $80,000 Performance Bonus: Up to 15% of annual salary, based on: Labor Cost Efficiency (Effective scheduling, shift management, minimizing overtime) Operational Efficiency (Speed of service, table turns, smooth service flow, reduced errors/voids, strong communication between FOH & BOH) Guest Experience (Online reviews, guest feedback, consistency of service) Team Performance, Training & Retention (Low turnover, structured onboarding, ongoing staff training, team development) Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility based on performance Why Arcano Arcano is more than a restaurant—it’s an experience.
