Job Title: Restaurant Manager – CoCo Ichibanya Location: San Diego, CA At CoCo Ichibanya, we’ve been delighting guests worldwide with the comforting, customizable flavors of Japanese curry since 1978. Known as “The House of Curry,” our brand spans over 1,500 locations globally — and continues to grow here in Southern California. We’re looking for enthusiastic, hands-on interns who want to learn how to manage and operate a busy restaurant while delivering an excellent guest experience.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to train under experienced restaurant leaders and gain valuable real-world management skills at our Torrance location. 5000 per month, paid hourly Generally no overtime As a Restaurant Manager , you’ll work closely with our management team to learn all aspects of restaurant operations — from front-of-house service and kitchen coordination to staff management and financial controls. You’ll gain leadership experience, develop problem-solving skills, and learn what it takes to run a successful restaurant within a global franchise. Support daily restaurant operations and assist in opening/closing procedures.

Learn to manage both front-of-house and kitchen workflows. Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver top-quality service. Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Collaborate with management on promotions, scheduling, and guest satisfaction. Interest in hospitality, food service management, or business operations .

Previous experience as a manager at a restaurant. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Hands-on management training from experienced restaurant leaders.
