Restaurant General Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at GAIA in Marbella.

About the Role:

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading high-volume, premium dining operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership, a passion for exceptional guest experiences, and excellence in operational and financial management. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and consistently upholding the brand’s high standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a high-end restaurant concepts.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
• Legally authorized to work in Spain.
• Previous experience in Greek dining concepts will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience leading large teams in high volume restaurant operations.
• Deep industry insight into culinary trends, hospitality innovations, and evolving customer expectations within the premium dining segment.

• Lead financial planning, cost management, and revenue analysis to achieve and exceed performance targets. Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth planning.
• Operational Efficiency & Compliance
• Oversee procurement, stock control, and compliance with all regulatory, hygiene, and brand operating standards.
• Business Development & Market Engagement
• Support the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives to grow market share and brand loyalty.
