Residential Nurse(College)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Residential Nurse to provide primary healthcare and medical support to students residing on the college campus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff.
• Monitor students' health and maintain medical records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals when required.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by doctors.
• Ensure the medical room is well-stocked and hygienic.
• Educate students on health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
• Be available for emergency support during assigned residential shifts.

Requirements:

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification with valid nursing registration.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience (hostel, school, college, or hospital preferred).
• Good communication and emergency handling skills.
• Willingness to stay on the college campus (residential role).
