Shavitz is seeking an enthusiastic, disciplined, and highly motivated Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to join our elite team.
This is a commission-based role with exceptional income potential and an unmatched support system—from lead generation to training to operations. What You’ll Do Conduct up to 2 in-home consultations per day (approx. 450 leads per year), helping customers select HVAC systems that meet their comfort, health, and energy goals. Follow our proven consultative sales process—from conducting thorough needs assessments to presenting solution-oriented proposals.
Educate customers on options using our iPad-based pricing system and help them make confident buying decisions. Collaborate with installation and operations teams to schedule jobs and ensure seamless handoff. Track your performance, maintain CRM notes, and follow up consistently with prospects.
What You’ll Earn 5% Commission on total sale upon receipt of payment 33.3% of net profit (paid on a 3-month rolling basis) Bonus tiers for exceeding sales targets (up to +2%) Majority of leads provided , with additional bonuses for self-generated opportunities Draw option available during ramp-up period Example: Hit a 50% close rate on 450 leads annually with a $14,000 average ticket? You could earn: $1,575,000 in annual revenue $78,750 in base commissions Up to $31,500 in monthly tier bonuses Over $52,000 from profit-based bonuses Total Compensation: $160K+ to $170K+, plus full benefits What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years of sales experience Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience Strong communication, rapport-building, and listening skills Ability to present proposals confidently and manage objections effectively Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Professional appearance and demeanor Comfort using iPads, digital tools, and CRM systems We offer comprehensive training to sharpen your consultative sales skills and support your success—even if you’re experienced.
