Job Title: Research & Presentations Analyst
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline — preference for candidates with KPO/BPO background supporting consulting, investment banking, or financial services clients
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift Location: IT Park, Chandigarh/ Banjara Hills - Hyderabad (Work from Office Only)

What You'll Do
● Build and format PowerPoint presentations from scratch or from rough inputs — clean, professional, client-ready
● Work on 20-30 page Word documents (SOC packages, proposals, operational reports) — formatting, layout, text edits, version control
● Create basic marketing and sales collateral in Canva or similar tools — one-pagers, service sheets, brochures
● Conduct online research and organize findings into structured Google Sheets or Excel summaries ● Maintain a clean library of templates, documents, and digital assets — well-named, well organized, easy to navigate
● Proofread all outgoing documents before distribution.
What We're Looking For
● 1-4 years of experience in a KPO or BPO environment supporting consulting, investment banking, or professional services clients — pitch decks, market research, data organization
● Strong PowerPoint and Word skills — not just familiarity, actual formatting proficiency
● Comfortable with Canva or similar tools for basic creative work
● Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously
● Good written English — clear, concise, no fluff
● Research skills — can find, verify, and summarize information quickly.
