Lead impactful research initiatives as the full-time Research Manager at CAMH's Ontario Node of CRISM. Drive substance use and mental health projects while overseeing strategic operations and stakeholder engagement. This contract position focuses on providing scientific and operational leadership within multi-site research environments.
You will manage complex projects, ensure regulatory compliance, engage diverse stakeholders, and guide interdisciplinary teams. Your expertise will support the generation of high-quality, policy-relevant research while navigating funding mechanisms and operational challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership for multi-study research initiatives • Oversee daily operations and workflow management • Lead implementation activities including study design and ethics • Manage personnel and support interdisciplinary coordination • Engage stakeholders for effective knowledge translation Requirements: • Master’s degree in health or social sciences • Minimum 3 years in research management • Experience in health systems or substance use research • Proficient in budget and grant management • Strong analytical and communication skills Utilize your research expertise to enhance mental health and substance use outcomes at CAMH's Ontario Node. #J-18808-Ljbffr
