Your Role & Responsibilities The IP student will experience a broad context of R&D, the end to end of the new product development.

They will business partner one of the Elida Beauty brands and take responsibility for the technical project leadership of this brand for the year. This will develop their overall leadership skills, working with other functions, business cases, consumer needs, insights and claims, and the full technical development process of new product development. Your Attributes Existing right to work in UK, ability to work in English language Demonstrated strong aptitude for project development.

A creative, logical and analytical mind to generate innovative solutions to technical problems. Ability to apply business leadership skills understanding You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated with good verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy is a must for this role as well as patience for online systems What You’ll Need to Succeed In R&D, we require a strong technical qualification in a Chemical, Biological, Physical or Food-related Science.

We also accept Chemical/Material and Engineering-related disciplines. You will understand the importance of commercial success and be passionate about making an impact, contributing towards a more sustainable brighter future through exciting and forward-thinking innovations.
