Designation: - Assistant Manager - R&D Job Location : - Chhatral, Ahmedabad Job Profile : - Develop and optimize semi-solid cosmetic formulations Conduct product development trials and scale-up Perform stability studies Ensure regulatory compliance Raw material evaluation and compatibility studies Tech transfer to manufacturing Coordinate with production, QA, and marketing Cost optimization and product improvement Support new product development (NPD) Desired Candidate : - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc with 10 to 12 Years experience in R&D and Formulation Development for Pharma Cosmetics / Pharma Care.
