About the Role Zensciences is looking to expand its Market & Competitive Intelligence team by Research Analysts with strong experience in strategic research and the technology ecosystem.
This role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to analyse market dynamics, track industry trends, and develop strategic insights that inform marketing, positioning, and business decisions for technology companies. The role requires a strong research mindset, structured problem-solving, and the ability to synthesise large volumes of information into clear points of view. Key Responsibilities Market & Strategic Research Conduct deep secondary research and market analysis across the global IT and technology ecosystem.
Track, review, and synthesize insights from leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, HFS Research, and Forrester. Build hypothesis-driven research frameworks to analyze industry trends and market developments. Insight Development Develop strategic points of view (POVs) based on research and analysis.
Create State of the Market reports, industry outlooks, and trend reports. Synthesize insights from multiple sources to create structured research narratives and executive-ready deliverables. Competitive Intelligence Conduct competitive benchmarking and market landscape analysis.
Track competitor positioning, offerings, and strategic moves within the IT ecosystem. Develop frameworks for ongoing competitive intelligence tracking. Research Methodology Design and apply research methodologies and frameworks for market and competitive analysis.
Produce structured deliverables including research briefs, insight decks, and strategic reports. Client Engagement Participate in client-facing discussions to present research insights and recommendations. Support consultative engagements by translating market insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
