Job Overview We are looking for skilled professionals with a strong background in Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and requirements modeling. This role offers the chance to work on exciting projects and collaborate with top‑tier engineering teams. Requirements Minimum years of hands‑on experience with UML and SysML modeling languages Expertise in MBSE, Requirements Modeling, and System Architecture Proficiency in systems engineering practices, including requirements engineering, system integration, verification, and testing Experience with IBM Rational Rhapsody or similar tools Strong understanding of communication protocols and EE system requirements Experience with object‑oriented programming (C++, Java) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment Preferences Experience in Java development, including API and plugin development Familiarity with INCOSE best practices and system lifecycle Agile certification or significant experience in an Agile setting Experience in the automotive industry and related tools (MATLAB, CATIA Magic) Knowledge of AUTOSAR compliant code generation Interest in AI and large language models (LLMs) Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
