Job Description The Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the system. Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities. Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders, analyze and refine requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and testable, and establish a requirements baseline for each release.
Manage requirements changes through a formal control process, create requirements verification matrices to track testing and validation, and generate requirements status reports for program management. Develop and maintain requirements management tools and processes, train team members on requirements best practices, and ensure requirements align with program objectives and constraints. Must have 4 years of experience eliciting, managing, and documenting requirements for large technical programs.
