Oversee daily production and assembly line operations to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and vendor performance to support supply chain continuity Lead store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service standards Implement and maintain ERP system workflows to enhance data accuracy and operational visibility Analyze operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business goals Requirements 5-8 years of experience in Operations Management, managing productions, assembly line, purchase, vendor management, store operations and ERP.
