Require a Site Engineer in Jaipur

Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and progress documentation for management review. Verify material quality and quantity upon delivery and ensure proper storage and usage on-site. Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and local construction regulations.

Manage and track the performance of contractors and subcontractors, including work progress, resource allocation, and adherence to schedules. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for necessary approvals, inspections, and compliance documentation. Utilize project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera) to support scheduling and documentation.

Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation upon project completion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in real estate or construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable to residential and commercial developments.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressure. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Valid safety certification (e.g., OSHA, BOSIET, or equivalent) is preferred. Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to variable site conditions and schedules. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings with precision.
