Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical coordination and administrative support across Energy Transition projects and workstreams
- Monitor relevant policy, regulatory and market developments and summarise key implications for the team.
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of stakeholder engagement activity with government, industry, customers, partners and other external organisations
Essential Education:
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with demonstrable relevant experience in a business, project, policy, communications or operational support role.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Essential Experience:
- Experience providing operational, administrative or coordination support across multiple workstreams or projects.
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, papers, minutes, action logs or management information.
- Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating meetings or working groups.
- Experience supporting budget monitoring, invoice processing, procurement activity or financial administration.
- Experience organising events, workshops, briefings or stakeholder sessions.

A little more about us
We were established in 1996 to bring natural gas to the Greater Belfast area of Northern Ireland, where there was previously no natural gas distribution network.
Since 1996 local, national and international partnerships have delivered an investment of over ยฃ500 million into the Northern Ireland economy and the wider natural gas industry now provides employment to over 2,500 people.
We continue to invest in infrastructure that currently has in excess of 263,000 domestic and business customers connected, and continues to grow at around 8,000 new customers each year.
